A: Video Travel Deals™ has a booking engine on the website where you can directly input your desired dates, destination, number of travelers, etc.
Q: What is Voyage.tv?
A: Voyage.tv is our sister website which provides all our original HD content, All content is edited in house, with an unbiased, third-party approach. (No “air-brushing” or “photo-shopping” allowed!) Voyage.tv™ also features original programming on each destination, covering lifestyle interests, such as shopping, spas and gourmet restaurants so that you’ll know what to do when you get there.
Q: The Deal I want departs from another city. What about a Deal that leaves from my home city?
A: Certainly! We offer published and special packages with airfare from just about any city in the U.S. on most major carriers. The booking engine will automatically calculate the airfare difference and give you a package price from your home city airport.
Q: What if I can’t find the Deal I’m looking for?
A: Check to see if your requested dates match the valid dates of travel mentioned in the video. Airfares change all the time, so the price could be lower or higher than what’s advertised. (Yes, prices do go up for weekends and holiday times). There is also an advanced search option for you to choose a particular airline, non-stop flights, etc. Still stumped? Call us at 1-800-203-8402 and we’ll put the Deal together for you.
Q: Can I book just a hotel package?
A: Yes. We sell hotel-only packages. Just select the “Hotel Only” option when you book.
Q. Can I use my frequent flier miles?
A. Yes, but be sure to book your seats first to make sure you don’t miss out. Then go ahead and book your hotel package with us!
Q: Is my reservation and personal information safe at Video Travel Deals?

Airline, hotel and tour reservations, personal information and billing information, are all kept in a secure environment to the highest standards.
Q: Why are prices advertised “per person”? Are there any hidden fees?
A: We advertise total package prices per person for your convenience rather than per night. Some other sites strip down the hotel price to a bare nightly rate and then surprise you by dumping on hotel taxes, fees, handling charges, etc. We hate that. We’d rather build them into the package price to avoid surprises. We also prefer to package in airport/hotel transfers where feasible so you can be picked up at the airport.
Q: Why are air taxes, fees, and September 11th security surcharges not included in the advertised price?
A: Airport fees can change depending on the flight itinerary and connecting airports, ranging from $25 per ticket domestically, to $197 for some Caribbean & Mexico destinations. We advertise the base airfare and any fuel surcharges, and the booking engine will compute the precise taxes when you select your flights.
Q: Do I need trip protection insurance?
A: We always recommend trip protection to protect your vacation investment.
